I also see that WW1 is the main problem, so you can just play them in heavy white decks which limits its application. Even if you play a deck which offers WW1 in turn 3 there are already other creatures which I would play over Flickerwisp (Mirran Crusader, Kitchen Finks, Silverblade Paladin) and I don´t have a deck in mind (except WW/Boros/UW Skies) which wants a another creatue with WW1. If you look at 3+ colour decks you will find enough creatues which are either stronger or have a lower mana requirement. Fore me it's a WW/Boros staple, not more.
