Report:

Match1: Christoph Gerber with 5C-MCFlurrywithSmarties-aggro

First Round against my best friend and the person who invented my deck. The Day before he changed a few cards so now 7 cards is his build different from my build. And his version is more aggresive than mine.
Game1: I start with a aggresive start. Christoph's first creature Rhox War Monk was shot by Lightning Bolt and Magma Jet which shows me Sword of Fire and Ice and Llanowar Elves. I kept the Sword and denied the Elves. The Sword gave me enough Advantage that even  Shriekmaw couldn't stop me from winning.
Game2: I lost my Kitchen Fink to Path to Exile, my Sedraxis Specter got shot by Flametongue Kavu. At the end(only a few rounds later) I had no creature for my Sword of Fire and Ice and I lost the Game.
Game3: I screwed Cristoph by shoting down his Aether Vial with Maelstrom Pulse and his Bayou with Wasteland, leaving him with Plateau and Volrath's Stronghold. So my Bitterblossom Faery's and Rancor won against his twice played Tarmogoyf.(If I didn't had sot the Aether Vial, I would had been crushed by Baneslayer Angel + Volrath's Stronghold)
2:1

Match2: Maximilian Stief with UW-Controll/Skies

I lost last time against him as I thought he plays a straight aggro deck. But he claims he plays a Skies deck with Counters. As I lost last time I was surprised he plays small creatures. Now I knowed there were aggresive little creatures, but not nearly so much like in a normal UW-Skies which is a aggro Deck.
Game1: I had Turn2: Jhessian Inflitrator, Turn 3 Doran the Siege Tower, Turn 4 Sarkhan Vol. Which was enough against his Turn 2 Azorius Guildmage and his tapping ability.
Game2: I kept a Land and Esper Stormblade after spoiling I still had one Land. Mulligan to 1 Land but 2 2-Drops, So I kept it. I failed one turn a land and after I had 2 Lands my opponent crushed me.
Game3: I lost early my only green Source a Overgrwon Tomb to Wasteland. So my Lotus Cobra and Doran which I had since I spoiled my hand were lost during the game, like all the other green or white cards in my Hand(At the end 7-8 cards).
After losing the Wasteland I played quickly Pestermite, Bitterblossom and Winter Orb. Which was enough for the whole game against Maximilian, who played only Condemn to Pestermite(I rather had seen Path to Exile), Maze of Ith, Thirst for Knowledge and Vedalken Shackles.
2:1

Match3:  Merle Barkowski with RB-Goblins

Game1: I fall to 10 Life thanks to my Serendib Efreet and the stalled board. But then my Sword o Fire and Ice solved the stalled game by shoting Goblin Chieftain and at the end  even Merle.
Game2: Merle had Grim Lavamancer and Spikeshot Elder which locked my Grim Lavamncer, Llanowar Elves and Fyndhorn Elves to my Hand(Later even Goblin Sharpshoter appears). I had to sacrifice Ajani Vengeant and Shriekmaw to this situation. As the game went over I had Woolly Thoctar and Knight of the Reliqaury against her Goblins. The Knight fetched Treetop Village for my offensive and my drawn Karakas eliminated Tuktuk the Returned.
2:0

Match4:  Ronald Lehmann   with RDW
Game1: I had the much bigger creatures(like Matca Rioters) and crushed Ronald quick.
Game2: Ronald shot my Tarmogoyf,Knight of the Reliquary and as he lays down Blood Moon even my Matca Rioters. Meanwhile I was flooded with Lands but still got him to 2 Lifepoints. As he shot me finally the next card on my library was Arc-Trail. DAMN IT!!!
Game3: Ronald made the 3-1 Trade with Pyroclasm. After losing my Fyndhorn and Llanowar Elves I was hardly screwed. A few Turns later he even played Blood Moon. So even my last hope was gone...
1:2

Throw enough goblins at any problem and it should go away. At the very least, there'll be fewer goblins.

Tabris

can you say something about the pattern-rector player? Is this a good player or did he have bad luck? With this aggro-meta I cant believe that deck would just got 10th.

I think he is not a good player(don't want be insulting). As I heard it he made several wrong decisions.
On the other side I don't think that BGW-Hulk,Rector is a good deck. I had played 3 Matches against this deck-type and lost none of them. I played not with this Player, I played one with my Alara-aggro, and 2 with heavy blue Control-Decks (3C and 5C) .

There is a good probability to overrush such a deck with a good aggresive start from an aggro-deck, or to control it with a Control-deck.

I believe this Deck is overrated.

Hello and Thanks to Goblinpiledriver..

I will say something to the Hulk-Player and the deck.

He is not a good Hulkplayer and play very questionable. So he make some needless faults.

I think the HulkCombo is one of the best deck against aggro. The combo is too fast for a aggro deck and with some big creatures and spot removal the way for aggro is not easy. The Game that Piledriver have won against Hulk was against me and Piledriver you know that you have a lot of luck. I have in both games no combo but can roll both games with Living Death. In the first game you have had the Demonic Tutor from the Top for Tribal Flames and in the second game first Pestermind and then Rafiq (both from the Top) to win the game...
I think if we play 10 games 7-8 i will win.

Good Night°°

Tabris

thx for the clarification, Kavu!

I think also that the best matchup for the pattern deck is, indeed! aggro. And againt control you´ve got discard outlets and a beatdown plan. I dont think it is overrated at this time more like underrated.
