How can i replace Lftl?
I want to include Vidicate, Jace 2.0, Mox Diamond, Vendilion Clique.
What can I cut?
Do you know a (instant)removel better than Doom Blade?
Any other ideas?

Replacing Life from the Loam - easy use Crucible of Worlds
Then cut: Tranquil Thicket  - for Forest
           Lonely Sandbar    - for Island

For Jace 2.0 you could cut Deep Analysis
and for Vindicate - Krosan Grip
finally for Vendillion Clique Gigapede ( whitout Survival it seems to be almost useless(maybe you include it back when Fauna Shaman finally arrived)

Leave Mox Diamond out, without Life from the Loam it has lost potential.

Better removal than Doom Blade - (Swords to Plowshares, Path to Exile (already included)) , (Vindicate, Maelstrom Pulse (both no instants)), Putrefy(already included)), Mortify. Really better  is Mortify not to Doom Blade since it's more expensive. But it can hit more targets so I say yes it's better.
Throw enough goblins at any problem and it should go away. At the very least, there'll be fewer goblins.

I'd consider Unmake. It probably won't hit play on turn 3, but it's an efficient removal and I'm going to test it in my control deck :)
There can be only one!

Mythrandir

Regarding LFTL i'm thinking bout that too and so far i think that crucible doesn't work for me (5cc), IMO.
i'm considering tilling treefolk or grim discovery or even call of the herd.
of course, now i'll cut my cycle lands for basics

GoblinPiledriver

What is wrong with Crucible, it does what you want: Laying down one land after another from your graveyard. Just like Life from the Loam, only whitout the cycling ability.

The tilling treefolk or grim discovery sounds horrible to me. Only Call of the Herd is good.

If you like Unmake no problem, but 3 black and white mana is really expensive. One white and black mana is much cheaper, than 3 hybrid b/w mana. So I still think Mortify is still the better choice.

Little known fact: You don't need to replace LftL with similar, but weaker, effect.

Replace it with Jace, take out the cyclers. Don't take out Deep Anal, it's an absolute house against control. Grim Discovery is a great card in a right deck, but this is not one of them.

I would take out Counterspell (unless you want to upgrade it to a Mana Drain) for Vendilion Clique (both have similar functions, clique being more synergistic here) and Gigapede (horrible without Survival) for Vindicate. I would also replace Doom Blade with Agony Warp, which is a great piece of removal, especially when you got lot of creatures to possibly make it a combat trick as well.

Memory Lapse is a better counter than any one you are playing right now (excluding FoW), so I would drop the Miscalculation for it.

I would imagine you having trouble to drop Phyrexian Arena on the second or third (or even fourth) turn, so I would lose it as well. Sylvan Tutor is an autoinclude, if you are already playing Worldly Tutor.

Lastly, I would lose the Squirrel Combo (you have only one tutor for it, and the pieces aren't THAT great by themselves) for Fauna Shaman and something you feel your deck is missing. Sakura Tribe-Elder seems really good here, or you might want something like Yavimaya Elder for card advantage. I would try to find room for both, but that is more of a personal preference.
