OK... so MGA is a well-known archetype, as is White Weenie. So I'm thinking, why not combine the two and get the best of both colors?

Initial playtesting and goldfishing seems encouraging, but I have zero doubt that the aggregate experience contained within these forums can help tremendously  :)

Random thoughts on lands... The CIP-tapped lands slow the tempo a bit but I really like the mana flexibility they offer, so I dunno. I also have only 1 manland (Mishra) in here so far, but I'm considering pulling one more Forest out for a Treetop Village. Mutavault is of course good but I am afraid of losing the colored mana slot. I see also that I left out Wooded Bastion; should probably add that in place of either a basic land or one of the CIP-tapped ones.

Creatures... wondering if 35 is a bit low (although 2 of the PWs can make guys), maybe better to have say 40-45... if so, then (a) which other creatures and (b) which spells
to drop?

All input is most gratefully accepted!

Missing: Watchwolf, Ravages of War, Tanglewire. Noble Hierarch could be worthwhile. Worth trying: Noble Panther.

With the emphasis on early drops I would stop using CIP lands.

Questionable: Wall of Roots, Ghostly Prison (you want use the attack step) and to some extent Infantry Veteran, Angelic Page and BoP. Also I don't understand Black Vise here. 1/10 chance to have it at start doesn't justify its uselessness if drawn later.

well, MGA is a bit different than this... it´s all about early drops with powerful P. Adding W, takes a bit the edge but might be worthwhile in mid-games, where MGA don´t win because they ran out of fuel.

i know you probably wanted to keep this low budget, but... here goes:

Lands:
+savannah
+gaes cradle.
+pendelhaven
+ GW filter

-terramorphic expanse
-elfhame palace
-arctic flats
(if u need snow mana, just add snow plains/forest instead)

Creatures:

if you have some sub-optimal creatures in there (IMO)
-glitering lynx,
- sakura tribe elder
- angelic page
- weathered wayfarer

like coldcrow said:
+ watchwolf
+ noble hieararch

+ quasali ambusher

spells:

-ghostly prison
- disenchant
- land tax (dpending if you really wanna keep it pure aggro)
- slate of ancestry

Hope it helps, if you need testing, let me know.

This is why I love posting decks in this forum. Excellent feedback!

Watchwolf, heck yes; don't know how I missed it before. Ravages of War and Tanglewire I don't have. I like Noble Hierarch but I have yet to open/purchase one or trade for one. Noble Panther; interesting thought will see if I have one.

Questionable: Wall of Roots, Ghostly Prison (you want use the attack step) and to some extent Infantry Veteran, Angelic Page and BoP. Also I don't understand Black Vise here. 1/10 chance to have it at start doesn't justify its uselessness if drawn later.

I still like WoR but Ghostly Prison likely to come out. Black Vise seems just as useful here as in any other deck, and if a Winter Orb hits play later on it can become more of a threat again.

CIP lands already out, in favor of Wooded Bastion and Sungrass Prairie

Have no Savannah or Gaeas Cradle but definitely like the pendlehaven.

See comments above.

The Lynx has been good to me in WW games; what do you like instead?
I like both Angelic Page and Infantry Veteran, esp. for pumping an evasion creature. Sakura-TRibe, I admit I am kind of iffy on it.
Why don't you like Weathered Wayfarer?

Yep - see above. Qasali Ambusher another one I missed.

Why don't you like Disenchant or Land Tax?

QuoteWhy don't you like Weathered Wayfarer?

Mainly because MGA is all about power, and that one + sakura seem a bit sub-optimal if you wanna a deck that is all about power and massive early damage i think you should avoid those.

QuoteWhy don't you like Disenchant or Land Tax?

For the same reasons above, what do you prefer for this deck? drop 1st turn 2/1 or drop a land tax? That´s why i added the note: "keep it pure aggro", as for disenchant, you already have krosan grip, ronom unicorn, Wickerbough Elder, oblivion ring, or are you that afraid of moat and variants to add another one? If you want another disenchant i would prefer a harmonic sliver over that one.
I think you need to define a little better the strategy for this deck, if you want a MGA with W or a WW with green...

Have you tested it? How did it fare?

Incisive remark, and one I will definitely consider further. Thanks!

Goldfishing: it looks ok to reasonably good.

Solitaire-playing against some of my other HL decks: it tends to do poorly.

2 random online matchups so far: won both. In one game I was able to get a few good equipments out including Lightning Greaves, and even though the other guy was able to keep the board fairly clear, every time I could play a creature I equipped it a lot and attacked for a lot right away. In the second game, a well- (or lucky-) timed Armageddon cut his legs off and allowed for an easy win thereafter.
