I agree that Krosan Grip is card must to play. There are so much so troublesome artifacts that you need to destroy. Of course it is overcosted naturalize, but that's just something you have to live with it.

These are the changes I'm going to do:
- mogg fanatic
- ghitu encampment
- lava spike
- horned kavu

+ kitchen finks
+ noble hierarch
+ vexing shusher
+ misty rainforest

Ghitu Encampment has actually been pretty bad allways and I don't know why I still played it. Now it's gone :)

River Boa is good. It's slightly better than Mire Boa, 'couse blue is more popular colour. Thou I wouldn't play both.

I'v liked Lotus Petal allways(I have played this deck ~2 years) so it will stay in my list. And I don't even own Mox Diamond...

How can you say Smash to Smithereens is casual? It sees MD play in competitive Legacy burn decks. Destroying artifact is a good thing, and deeling damage at the same time is fantastic.

I would like to hear your feelings about which do you prefer: Demonfire or Banefire? Many times both of those cards feel pretty bad...
Now Playing:
R/G Aggro

Zephyr

Demonre, Banefire: Here are both bad.

GoblinPiledriver

smash to smitherens casual?

What is meant here is not casual as a separation between tournament magic and kitchen table magic.
Casual here means it's wether good or bad. It's very good when an opponent has an artifact, and its very bad when your opponent doesn't have an artfiact

So it would be just better to play a simple Lava Spike.
Throw enough goblins at any problem and it should go away. At the very least, there'll be fewer goblins.

Vilhis

Oh, thanks for the input. I just feel my meta has enough artifacts to support playing smash to smithereens.
Now Playing:
R/G Aggro

Fish

From that point of view I agree. If you have enough artifacts around then it is probably a good idea to use Smash. When I think about artifact hate, I also take in mind the fact that I can draw the certain card when no artifact is around. In that case I would rather draw Tin Street Hooligan or Vithian Renegades. But those are mine personal preferences and maybe you see it other way. :)

WOW, that list seems extremely solid! I'll make some changes to my deck based on that. My last tournament went very poorly: 0-3 drop...(played against w/b aggro, battle of wits -combo and U/W control)
Now Playing:
R/G Aggro

Thibir

I played on that tournament quite similar deck, as both of us just edited Kavu24´s/Goblinpiledriver´s decklist. however I took opposite direction as Fish did and I sacrificed almost all nonbasic land hate unless it was sufficient enough even if opponent didn't play any nonbasic lands. As I expected more aggro metagame I dropped much anticontrol cards and added some combat tricks. I´m not posting my whole list, just card choices which are different than in Fish´s list:

Lands (+1):
- forest
- mountain
- pendelhaven
- dust bowl

+ mishras factory
+ mutavault
+ city of brass
+ Rootbound Crag
+ Scalding Tarn

- birds of paradise
+ scorched rusalka
+ mogg fanatic

3cc (-2)

+ Fire Imp

4cc (-2)

First of all R/G Beats is a good beatdown deck it´s capable of fast kills and has some lategame options.

Here are my recommendations what to cut and what to include:

Cut:
-Basking Rootwalla: not enough synergies with this little fellow, and the pump effect doesnt really create pressure because it´s preventing that you build early board position
-all the Mana Dorks except Birds they do at least fix red mana
-Mtenda Lions are anoter canidate Jungle Lions are better here
-Wild Dogs: cycling is great but this card just sucks
-Wild Mongrel: there is no synergy in the deck with him and your cards should be able to do more than one dmg per card and it´s not like you have a card drawing engine in the deck...
-Vexing Susher: it depends on youtr meta, but currently I believe it´s not necessary to play him
-Gruul Guildmage: a bear with two expensive abilities you should get more value out of tapping four mana
Spike Feeder - another creature that lost alot of his value due to the missing dmg on the stack
-Magus of the Scroll- play the artifact
-Molten Rain- Avalanche Riders or Pillage
-Shard Volley- there is better burn out there
-Seal of Fire- it´s a red source so it´s not bringing the same advantage as the spellbomb, not terribad but I prefer burnspells
Plated Geopede- I believe Kiln Fiend is better it´s not as predictable
Horned Kavu- most of the times it´ll be a one for two for your opp

Cards you could /should include as an addition to the ones already named:
Reckless Charge
Eternal Witness
Goblin Guide
Winter Orb
Ankh of Mishra
Krosan Grip
Wickerbough Elder
Grim Lavamancer

Maggot
