Browse the Highlander section for recent and not so recent lists.
Your deck has the numbers about right. 40 creatures is a good ratio. With so many cheap cards you might want to go down on lands (about 32-33 seems like a good place to start).
Some card choices seem odd. But you will find ideas on mtgpulse.com.

Yep; I was thinking of that as I was putting it together but I am always terrified of mana screw. ;)

Changeling Berserker -> Too Expensive for 5/3 haste.
Horned Kavu -> Needs another creature to be good in early game, this cannot be guaranted in turn 2.
Memnite -> You don't have an ultraagressiv deck for him. 1/1 is just too weak.
Sparkcaster -> Ineffecient for 4 mana.
Uktabi Drake -> Only good in an ultraagressiv deck.
Wild Leotau -> Not big enough for 4 mana.
Mass Hysteria -> This advances your opponent's creatures like your creatures, but you have invested one card more.
Ghostway -> Only good in a blink deck.
Ready // Willing -> I would prefer a pump effect for the creatures over indestuctible.
Harmonize -> This card is by far not an aggro card.
Krosan Verge -> Only good in ramp decks.
