It seems that Highlander this year will only be a side event starting at 4 in the afternoon at the event in FFM which in good old years was the biggest tournament for us every year and in the past the GP or something like the GP.
Are you also sad to see this development?
I do find this sad. Where is this info coming from? If this is indeed the case we might have to consider a huge emergency Metagame Masters New Year's edition.

I've contacted JK but he can't influence the tournament-schedule of MKM Series.
So it seems the End-of-Year-Event at Bischofsheim could fall through.
And its just a 4 round tournament... very sad to see...

11:00 Standard Main 15€ (100 price tix per players)
11:00 PPTQ Limeted 15€ +10€ for the boosters (100 price tix per players)
12:00 German Highlander Mainevent 15€
15:00 Old School I prefer swedish rules
16 Uhr 4 round Two Hg Sealed 35€ (8 Boosters per team 60 Price tix per team)
Sunday 12:00 as Main Event without round restrictions would be fine I assume.
If they make it firm.

This refers to JK Series in Maintal which will take place 4 times a year (great thing btw).
The End-of-year-Event is unfortunatly MKM-Series in which HL has obviously no love.

So it's like i feared it would be. :'(
Is there an official (or not so official) Statement why they decided this way? And what can the community do to make them rethink their decion (if not for this year maybe for the next). A emergenca MM is nice, but not an Option for everyone.
I'm at GP Lyon this weekend. Maybe I see some guys to talk about this topic.
