As Highlander playable cards I would add:
Prowling Serpopard - Just like 'Loxodon Smiter', so I think every deck which played 'Loxodon Smiter' will add him, too.
Throne of the God-Pharaoh - Decks like Gruul Aggro or Naya Zoo will like this card I think so, maybe RDW
Cryptic Serpent - Some kind of 'finisher' for Izzet, Grixis or Jeskai, at some point a blue 'Tarmogoyf'
Rhonas, the Indomitable - Maybe for heavier 1-3c green midrange or ramp decks

I'm gonna go against the prevailing opinion and state that Harsh Mentor is utter trash. Wesley would be ashamed.
on Prowling Serpopard:
I agree with Georg here. In general Smiter > Serpopard. In addition I think the most decks will not have slots for both.
on Harsh Mentor:
I would not consider it trash, but it might look better than it really is. I will give it a try in RDW.
Thoughts on other cards:
Cast Out - unplayable. O-Ring isn't even played anymore and this card is just a cmc 4 version of it. The "upside" of growing a Goyf, reaching threshold/delirium earlier or cheapen your delve spells doesn't make this card worth considering.
Liliana, Death's Majesty - overcosted at 5 mana.
Soul-Scar Mage - worth considering for RDW I think.
I agree that Harsh Mentor feels already overrated. In alot of Matchups/vs alot of Draws it is simply a Grizzly Bear which obviously does not cut it. I feel it is not top5 cards for Hl in the set, but in the top10.
I disagree with fanatic on cast out and liliana, both will be hl staples.
Prowling Serpopard is far far away from Loxodon Smiter.
The white Cyclinglands could be a thing for Bant in combination with Tithe. What do you think about that?
