They just announced on the Pro Tour stream that any format could be sanctioned at your local FNM. This would obviously include Highlander (but without CE/IE/WCD cards I guess) if you follow that list

I see this also as a question to the player base: would you like to see highlander to be a possibility, to be arranged as a Friday Night Magic?
